"Amazing stay at Deja, special mention to Deborah, Dawn, Moya and Shane. They were top class. I have been to many resorts in Jamaica Secrets, Sandals etc and this is my best experience so far. The food was also amazing. I am so proud to know that there is a resort that provides authentic Jamaican food. This made my stay very special."

Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease. The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming. Honestly, we’ve never felt so welcomed or had such a consistently wonderful experience at a hotel. It was unforgettable, and we will absolutely be coming back. Shout out to Andres. "Break was so small for the tone load of money they charge ...staff excellent rooms were clean everything was in walking distance beaches. Taxis dining areas. Loved it "

I was then sent to a different property that was far below the standard of what I had originally paid for. Due to the unacceptable conditions, I chose to check out early and did not stay. Despite these circumstances — which were entirely out of my control — I have been informed that I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable. I booked and paid for a specific property and standard of accommodation. The alternative offered did not meet those standards, and I should not be penalized for the property’s overbooking issue. I expect Hotels.com to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction and issue a full refund for this reservation. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. "All you get is a nice view ! Sheets stained or possibly not changed at all .change on table from the last guest. Everyone who worked there was nice . Pool was nice. Hot water and WiFi is good. Room was extremely disappointing. Run down and not maintained well. Confusing check in."
