"Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. "Great location walking distance to St Rita Basilica. Staff were very friendly. Fantastic views from the balcony. Manager took time out of his busy schedule to help us solve an issue with one of the nuns at the basilica. He didn’t have to do it but he didn’t want his guests to leave upset , although the issue was not with the hotel at all! We will definitely go back to the same hotel."
