"The room is on the ground floor with a very small, practically unusable window — dark and uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel due to the shared kitchen. The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up.

First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace.
