"Our room was very clean and well appointed and within easy walking distance to the walled city of Lucca. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb."

"Overall, the hotel was clean with good parking near it. However, sometimes the hot water for taking showers did not work well. Also, the TV inside the hotel is relatively small which I believe it needs to be upgraded. But, if you are planning to visit Italy and not pay much, this is a good choice. It's near Florence (~30 min drive in evenings and ~1hr during the rush hour) with plenty of free parking spots near it. It's placed in a not extremely crowded city (Empoli) which is nice. Rooms where quite and housekeeping did a really good job every day. Another point that I have to mention is their internet. EXTREMELY FAST which is a good thing specially for people who are taking business trips."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "

"Amazing property. Best complementary breakfast I've ever had. Views from the rooftop pool area were spectacular. The restaurant ad the best food we ate in Montecatini Terme or Alto. The filet was the best I've ever had."
