"The location on the map is not accurate, please contact the staff for guidance or to open the door. When you stand in Piazza S. Clemente, and look south, you will see the hotel's terrace, the entrance door is from Via delle Piagge. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with any request, the kitchen is at your disposal all the time if you want a coffee or a snack. Note: stop at Piazza S. Clemente to drop off your luggage (you go up the stairs to the entrance, there is no elevator), if you are lucky you will find parking there and if not continue down Via Panico where you will find more free parking."

"We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."

"The resort is located on the side of the hill so you could see down in the valley, which is very beautiful in the morning. The rooms are very clean spacious bathrooms. The resort also has parking lot. The drive to the resort is windy, twisty uneven roads I was the only thing that I didn’t like But the resort itself is amazing. "
