"Scarsa organizzazione, cibo senza glutine scaduto all'interno del frigobar(essendo un ospite celiaco), dopo aver fatto richiesta, ci è stato comunicato dopo 2 ore di attesa che vi erano frigoriferi rotti e che non vi era disponibilità di cibo gluten free. All'indomani il personale addetto alla colazione ci ha riferito dell'inesatezza della notizia e che invece vi era disponibilità. Dal mattino al rientro in camera, dopo colazione, vi era un forte maleodore proveniente dal bagno che ha saturato...

"Awesome place! Room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. Owner friendly and helpful. View from the room was wonderful as was the little balcony. Breakfast is offsite and pastries were fresh, hot, and homemade! Parking close by and very walkable, parking lot attendants were friendly and helpful. Dining options very close by and food was excellent. "

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

"All of the rooms had not been cleaned. We arrived and went through each one only to find dirty rooms. I believe the agent knew in advance there may be an issue, but the housekeeping staff clearly walked off well in advance of our arrival."

"We stayed for 3 nights and had the most fantastic experience! The hospitality was outstanding—so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was pristine, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and a lovely start to each day. Parking was also really easy, which made everything so convenient. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, and we’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit Bacoli!"

"A beautiful property, slightly difficult to find initially. The room is large and clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk from the port and also to the Marina Corricella. Dining options are good in both those areas. Walkable to some of the beaches too. Staff were very helpful in given you pointers on the best spots. If I’m ever back on Procida, I would definitely be more than happy to stay here again."

"Wow I have stayed at quite a few places and this was by far the best! It’s newly built - very modern and absolutely beautifully done Super clean and had such a warm atmosphere. The view was fabulous I will definately be staying there again - can’t wait for my next visit "
