"Very clean. The staff went above and beyond. They treated us like gold. Was nice how the staff always greeting with a smile and always there when you needed them. The food was exceptional. The location made it easy to get around. I walked to the colosium 2 times. I miss the breakfast with fresh juice and all the pastries."

The hotel was only a two-minute walk from the main train/metro/bus station, which made it convenient for getting around in Rome.
The room was clean and breakfast buffet was good.
The staff were couteous and, whenever I had a problem, for example with the TV and the safe, they immediately sent someone to resolve the issue."
