Gorgeous hotel in stunning grounds. The pools are lovely. The food is phenomenal. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot.

A wonderful stay. Very kind and helpful staff. Food & drinks were delicious. There are a lot of fun activities to do on the island like golf, bike riding, tennis, or relaxing in the spa. Would definitely return.

I was confronted by the staff, sworn at for not moving my car out of the way. He expected me to reverse back a narrow pathway we he has space to allow me to pass just a few feet away. • The aircon is terrible. • Swimming pool was out of use with no prior information about this. • Breakfast is bad. Food was clearly not fresh, we were worried about getting food poisoning. How can you mess up a simple continental breakfast? • Beds are uncomfortable. • The room is sound insulation is very poor so I could hear a child crying all night. • No laundry bag or laundry service available. None of the amenities and services match a 5 star hotel. Charging more than €230 for this per night is a joke. Not even complimentary water considering they are also in the middle of nowhere without shops nearby! Have not enjoyed this experience one bit and staff are reluctant to do anything about improving the experience. The property won’t even have a chat with you about the experience even if you complain. Stay away from this hotel

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très décevante. Dès avant notre arrivée, l’hôtel a prélevé le montant du séjour directement sur ma carte bancaire, sans me demander au préalable quel mode de règlement je souhaitais utiliser. J’estime qu’un minimum de communication et de respect du client serait nécessaire. Concernant les installations, la piscine présente un véritable problème. Les arroseurs automatiques sont installés sous les transats, ce qui crée des zones de boue. Ma fille a eu sa claquette coincée dans cette boue. En essayant de la retirer, elle s’est retrouvée entièrement éclaboussée, de la tête aux pieds. Ce type de désagrément est totalement inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner a également été une source de déception. Chaque matin, il manquait des verres et nous devions attendre que la vaisselle du premier service soit lavée pour pouvoir en récupérer. De plus, les paniers étaient régulièrement vides (pain, viennoiseries, etc.) et nous devions sans cesse solliciter le serveur pour qu’ils soient réapprovisionnés. Ce dernier faisait de son mieux, mais il était seul pour gérer l’ensemble du service du petit-déjeuner, ce qui entraînait inévitablement des délais et des manques. L’organisation est clairement à revoir. Le plus surprenant est que cet établissement se présente comme un hôtel 5 étoiles. Pourtant, le niveau de service, l’organisation et l’entretien des installations sont loin des standards que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

inte värt pengarna

Tyvärr blev inte så nöjd. Mini suite som kostar mer än 6000kr per natt ser ut som ett vanligt billigt rum (dörren kunde inte öppnas helt då den gick mot wc, billiga möbler, gammalt kylskåp, inget AC utan bara en takfläkt etc.) med en stor privat terrass. Terrassen hade insikt så man hade ingen privacy. Den privata jakuzzin var minst 10 år gammal, var inte alltid på utan man fick fråga om de hade möjlighet att fylla i och det tog två timmar, den kunde inte täckas. Den fylldes på med en slang. Ingen lyx whatsoever. Spa var fint men vattenfallet var inte igång, då de försöker spara pengar så mycket som möjligt. Frukost erbjöd inget varmt (ingen äggröra, bacon etc) och ingen orange jus. Deras restaurang vid poolen var infesterad av getingar som också bet mig, jag var tvungen att lämna restaurangen. Det rummet vi hade borde ha kostat max 3000kr per natt.

Det här stället har säkert varit riktigt fint en gång i tiden men har uppenbarligen blivit sämre. Dyr restaurang och inte imponerad av servicen. Fräscha rum och bra frukost dock men läget är väldigt remote och kräver mkt bilåkning till andra restauranger för att få bra mat till vettiga priser i antingen Orbetello eller Porto Santa Stefano. Vi utnyttjade gymmet på hotellet som verkligen sett sina bästa dagar, en del trasiga maskiner och inga cardio-maskiner alls. Kul att kunna testa spela paddel hela familjen dock. Kommer inte komma tillbaka tyvärr!

Struttura stupenda, immersa nel verde, super pulita, personale gentile e cordiale. Avevamo la stanza con idromassaggio e passaggio privato per raggiungere la parte di sotto dove si trovano le piscine e la palestra. Colazione varia e abbondante sia dolce che salata. Abbiamo anche pranzato li . Due giorni di relax totale. Speriamo di tornarci presto

Ottima la pulizia delle camere e delle parti in comune, personale gentile e disponibile, stanza ampia e luminosa nonostante affacciasse nel cortile interno, peccato che in bagno ci fosse una perdita d'acqua consistente dalla doccia. Sarebbe stata più opportuna una maggiore cura di alcuni dettagli (ombrelloni e tavolini leggermente rovinati esternamente)

Troviamo fondamentali 2 cose quando soggiorniamo in una struttura: la pulizia e la cortesia da parte del personale. Durante questo soggiorno abbiamo decisamente trovato entrambe queste caratteristiche oltre ad un complesso davvero spettacolare. Viaggiamo molto e questo è un posto dove sicuramente torneremo! Poi lode a tutto lo staff sia del Resort, sia del ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato sempre benissimo. Promossi!!! TUTTI

Location spettacolare per passare del tempo in totale relax .... servizio clientela mozzafiato: sin dall’arrivo vieni coccolato e ascoltato per qualsiasi richiesta . Struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde con tantissimi servizi inclusi (piscina, palestra, bagno turco, caffe e macchinetta in camera, acqua ogni giorno). Colazione ricca e variegata di ottima qualita, servizio impeccabile (addirittura doppio cambio biancheria al giorno), personale cortese e professionale. Buono pure il ristorante, top il pranzo light a bordo piscina con offerta di sushi di ottima qualita. Camere nuove e finemente arredate. Davvero un posto bellissimo che consiglierei a tutti per una vacanza di relax.
