it was my first and last stay

Well,after a long and tiring journey, although I don't know the reason, I think there was a celebration outside the hotel with car horns honking. It was a very noisy night. The furniture in the rooms was quite old and they were not very clean especially the floor carpets. In short, it was my first and last stay.

Poor breakfast on Sunday, otherwise average

We had a really poor breakfast on Sunday: No bread and no croissants au beurre were available even though we arrived perfectly on time there. The breakfast restaurant was understaffed, because the only employee had to constantly switch between restocking the buffet, cleaning dishes and managing the front desk to check out guests. Even though we asked for a refund of our breakfast this request was denied despite both parties agreed on the poor quality of service of the breakfast. The double room itself had seen better days, only the bathroom seemed to have undergone a recent refurbishment. This property is located within walking distance to the scenic city center.

Déçu par ce sĂ©jour. Salle de bain avec bain !! Mais pas de bonde. Reste la douche, il ne faut pas ĂȘtre handicapĂ© pour franchir la baignoire et aucun appui en cas de glissade. Le couchage, avec un lit accessible que d'un seul cotĂ©. TrĂšs pratique si on veut se relever la nuit. La position idĂ©ale du lit par rapport Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©, il faut ĂȘtre contorsionniste. Ne parlons pas de l'environnement de l'hĂŽtel, dĂ©commandĂ© aux personnes du sexe fĂ©minin qui veulent dĂźner au restaurant. mais Ă  part ça, tout va trĂšs bien.

 chambre pas propre, arraignees au plafond, cheveux dans la literie et sur le sol de la salle de bains, poils dans le WC et trace d’urine sur la porcelaine . Rajouter Ă©galement ce matin au petit dĂ©jeuner, que les deux machines Ă  cafĂ© ne fonctionnait pas
 Pas de lait froid , il a fallu que j’en fasse la demande, pas de miel, il a fallu Ă©galement que je fasse la demande. N’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  prendre un autre hĂŽtel Ă  proximitĂ©, quitte Ă  passer sur une gamme infĂ©rieure oĂč je pense, la propretĂ© sera au rendez-vous

Unser 1. Zimmer war benutzt. Bett unordentlich, HandtĂŒcher auf dem Boden. Jedoch haben uns weiter Punkte absolut enttĂ€uscht und gleichzeitig schockiert: 1. Liegt das Hotel an einer Baustelle, zwar hat das Hotel keinen Einfluss darauf, aber trotz geschlossener Fenster hat man im Zimmer die Baustelle sehr laut gehört. 2. Flecken auf den Möbeln und an den WĂ€nden, Fenster nicht sauber, außen waren Spinnenweben, die am Fenster lang gingen. Das einzige was wirklich sauber war, war das Bad. Der Teppichboden hat so unangenehm gerochen, das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen, obwohl ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht wurde, so dass wir dort hĂ€tten keine einzige Nacht verbringen können. 3. die Dame an der Rezeption schien uns sehr entgegenkommend und bat uns ein anderes Zimmer (nebenan!!!) an. Gleiches Manko. 4. Sicher schien uns der Zustand der TĂŒren nicht. Wir hatten vor, nach unserer Ankunft zu einem Restaurant zu gehen und unseren Hund, den wir mit hatten alleine im Zimmer zu lassen. Dies haben wir lieber gelassen. 5. nachdem uns die Dame an der Rezeption die Aussage entgegenbrachte, man könnte fĂŒr 50€ nichts erwarten, fiel unser Entschluss sehr schnell, auszuchecken. Solch eine Aussage grenzt an UnverschĂ€mtheit und Respektlosigkeit! Und wir ĂŒbernachten nicht das erste mal in einem Hotel. Wir haben schon Übernachtungen in Hostels gebucht, die uns weitaus weniger gekostet und haben ein sauberes, ordentliches Zimmer bekommen! Also: Vorsicht bei der Hotelwahl.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe ein Restaurant vermisst, was bei der GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hotels eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen.
