"Half the outlets didn’t work in the property , there were an ants nest at the bottom of the stairs must have been 1000s of ants . The bathroom door didn’t shut properly, the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we got there and took overnight to cool down . It’s older and not kept up well . Positives - amazing location , ocean view , the chairs outside the rooms are comfortable. Check in was easy ."

"The property is very nice, quiet, and quaint. We stayed the night to head out on a fishing charter at 4am, and the location is literally walking distance. The room and property are very clean, and being greeted by very friendly staff was great after a long drive. The beds were comfortable, linens crisp and clean. The ceiling in the bath was a bit dated, but did not take away from a very comfortable stay. I booked through Expedia and the rate was the lowest in the area, and well worth the stay. And, beautiful friendly dogs greeted us. If we go back to Montauk, we will definitely check for rooms here first. Highly recommend."

"Almost everything was wonderful but @10:38 guy knock our door ,my husband open gurneys employee he’s telling my husband speak no English ? Is how resort employee cnt speak English n why he’s knocking our door checkout till 11:30 .Pls train employees not to knock for no reason it was scary ."
