"Do not stay at this hotel unless you want company which are rodents.. The room had a mouse.. not very hygienic.. I don’t recommend this hotel due to the rodent visitors in the room… stay at your own risk….however the staff was friendly…."

"The room was clean, and that's all the positives that can be said really. It wasn't great, but the price was fine and it was a comfortable place to sleep. If you need nothing more than a bed, it's great. Parking was an extra $20/night in a dingy lot with no security and low hanging pipes etc that resulted in us damaging our trunk door. The elevators were gross with damaged buttons and everything was very outdated. Water pressure was too high and splashed everywhere. No ways to get hot water i.e. kettle, just a shared microwave next to the paid laundry machines. Also the final charge had $24 that was not communicated (it should have been $40 for parking but was $64)."

"Pros: The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Cons: The parking garage was cramped and labryinthine. The lobby is still under construction so it was loud and cluttered. The hotel is a bit dated, check in was a slow process and the elevators were loud and slow. I found a hair on a "clean" towel. The thermostat didn't work in 1 of our rooms and wouldn't go above 18°C. We had a plumbing issue right before heading out for the evening and I couldn't reach a human being for 20+ minutes (tried calling housekeeping and maintenance). "
