Every staff member we dealt with were super friendly and so knowledgeable about the surrounding park and area. All of their suggestions added greatly to our visit and holiday time! Room was very comfortable in all ways and the view amazing! We will be back!

They provided everything you could want including a microwave on each floor, ready made meals you can purchase and eat in your room if you didn't feel like eating in their dining room. This is a beautiful quiet resort, away from everything nestled in the woods with lots of hiking trails. The staff were very friendly, the food was good, room was spacious and nice, beautiful big bath tub. I thought the toilet paper was underwhelming, plus the towels. If you speak English with no French, the walking signs are all in French.

A beautiful hotel conveniently located inside the park. Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and kind. The outdoor pool with the mountains behind them were a fantastic way to relax, there is also a sauna on premises. You can enjoy drinks and food just outside the pool area. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel has two dinner options.

Didn’t use any of the amenities. Ate dinner at the Le Serpentine Restaurant. Friendly waitress. Food was ok, but the presentation was great. Dessert was good. Nice to be able to hit the trails right behind the Caribou Pavilion and the ev charging ports were a big help to get a full charge overnight. Room was nice and modern with great view of Mt Albert. Didn’t love the mosquitoes. They bit through my clothing. LOL. It’s not hotel’s fault.

Good spot for hiking and relaxing. The Gite offers a nice breakfast buffet and good options for dinner. In the afternoon you can relax by the pool or on the terrace after exploring the area. Some hiking trails start directly from the Gite.

Lovely hotel close to the Park

Missing a shower wand (only had a fixed shower head), which was odd considering they had an anti-slip bath mat, coffee maker, and even a boot dryer in the closet. Super comfy bed (deluxe room) and quiet room. Ask the staff before taking any of the side roads through the park - Google Maps lies.
