"Just about everything was great for our stay. Clean hotel, clean room. Nice breakfast. Even delicious brownies in the lobby. Kathy at the front desk was great. Only two things that could be improved is the hot water for our showers was not overly hot and the closed captioning on the TV wouldn't work. Pretty nice stay though."

"The ratings were excellent our stay was ok. Our room appeared to be clean and had modern furnishings, but I was a little disappointed. We stayed three days. We did not have housekeeping the first day. The bedding was clean, but it was obvious the floor was not vacuumed. The breakfast was a good offering but when I asked if things would be replenished I was told no, and the guy just walked away, with no apologies, so my son ate well, but I didn’t. Things were running out and it was obvious he didn’t care! He sat on his butt and there was still a half hour before breakfast hours ended. I’m not going to lie, I chose the hotel based on their known breakfast options! I was really disappointed! The pool was over chlorinated so that was disappointing. I feel like we overpaid and the hotel was over hyped."
