"I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was very clean, and the entire property was spotless and well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. It whole experience even better. The bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the shower had strong water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath. The mattress was amazing and the bed sheets had a very pleasant smell of lavender. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it if you plan to stay in Orange or RocklandCounty - NY."

"Yankee the hotel manager was great. Elevator was out of order but it was still amazing. She was so lovely and accommodating. The place was under construction but rooms were clean and spacious and pool and gym were nice "

"Great stay overall! The staff was great, professional and courteous willing to help whenever needed. The only negative thing I could think of is the water pressure in the shower, it is quite low but that's a minor issue for most people. "
