There is no air-conditioning, but that is hardly ever an issue in the northwest. The restaurant in the lobby has a modest menu, but excellent food! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"Loved this Seattle 90s Rock themed Hotel!! The staff were super helpful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay better than we could imagine! Check in was fast and easy, lobby was clean and had every bit of 90s alternative rock and iconic memorabilia that you could imagine. Loved walking the halls and checking out which rock star was on every door. You can tell they really took the time to make your stay memorable! The location is perfect for downtown events, shopping, and conveniently located near coffee and breakfast places! We loved our stay, just hoping for a better view from our room next time we visit Seattle and stay at Hotel Max!!"
