"Cleanliness While the hotel was cleaned, the standard was far from adequate. We found hair in our bedsheets, stains on the towels, and improperly washed plates and cutlery at breakfast. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained, with leaves and bird droppings in the water. "Had a great stay but do think it lacks the ultra luxury we have experienced elsewhere (for similar or even less £!) All in all the hotel is stunning, the beach is great, food was spot on and staff were lovely. Only gripes were housekeeping could have been better, dirty mops and the swim up balcony was only swept once in our week there. Service can be a little slow, great for first drinks but difficult to get served as it get busier, unless you’re at the main bar where service was excellent every time. However at the other bars only ever seems to be 1 waiting on and obviously they are rushed off their feet. Although food and drinks were great - all the menus are accessed by QR codes which is quite annoying on a holiday where you are actively trying not be on your phone! We had a massage which was brilliant and throughly relaxing. Would definitely recommend the spa."
