"Thomas was amazing/excellent and a prized member of your team, he was a pleasure to deal with on both nights I stayed with you he should be rewarded for his AMAZINGNESS!!!! He even attempted to defuse the situation after I was unfortunately woken up by another concerned member of your staff at 5:30am because they were concerned about a low temperature alarm going off in my room. Sadly I had turned the temperature down intentionally because I like to sleep in a cool room, I wish the staff member had waited till a more appropriate time to call. I can appreciate Wholey your concern for frozen pipes but another hour or two would have been appreciated!! I did not get to experience the breakfast because my day started before 6:30."

"Property was being renovated so it was a bit dated. Clean room though. The bed and pillows very comfy. I was there a week for work and they only switched between 2 options each day. Loved the fresh lemon water to fill my water bottles with. "
