We did not receive a friendly welcome from the staff- they looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be there & didn’t say anything. It was weird! The room was less than clean, and it’s overall janky. Yelling in many other guests rooms that was very concerning. Will not stay there again.

Clarion Hotel Portland Airport ME
Nothing saying on page that boiler is broken no hot showers pool ice cold hot tub ice cold crack heads everywhere. This place has gone completely to hell just from last year will never be staying at this location again. Not to add messed up my rooms put me in a double bed instead of my king ...
