"We were in town for a high school graduation, which was taking place across the street, so the location was great. The hotel had a strong smell in the lobby, not as bad in the room. The room didn’t seem clean. The room door stuck and was hard to open. We asked the manager at the front desk and he said we just needed to push harder. We finally got it to open. The room was small and smelled stale. It helped when we turned up the A/C. The walls were thin - we could hear the TV show playing in the room next door and heard doors opening and closing and people talking through the night."

"The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price. I was a bit shocked at the parking because I didn't realize that one side was for boat haulers! It was very fun meeting the fishermen that were preparing for a competition the next morning on the lake. I was impressed that the hotel allowed them to charge their batteries and prep all their gear there. I was disappointed that where the ice machines were located were dilapidated sofas and the rooms both on the upper level and the lower level smelled like a public toilet. Office staff was great. Helpful and friendly."
