"The staff was very accomodating, Helped me to adjust the length of my stay. I did not get her name but she was so pretty with long dark hair and recently was living in Canada. Kept me in the loop as they discussed with Hotels.com my options. The hotel is clean, offers meals and drinks on site as well as free snack bar. Great location, beautiful scenery. Thank you to your exceptional staff!"

"Great experience, would recommend! Hotel has a diverse complimentary breakfast and several dinner options within the hotel premises. The location is on the edge of town which was convenient for quickly navigating to trails, but not too many sites within walking distance."

"Room was good, there is no air conditioning but don’t forget it gets colder at night in the mountains, So AC isn’t really required . Just open your window and you’ll be fine. Parking was tight but we found extra parking in the back. Overall great hotel. Great breakfast, they had eggs and bacon and a coffee machine that will make any kind of coffee you want. If you’re struggling to find a hotel in cortina, just book this one. You’ll be more than satisfied. Was quiet at night, and wifi was fast."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was amazing and the spa had some of the best views I have seen. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. It was also walking distance to the center of the city. I would highly recommend and would stay again in the future"
