Carmen and Karen in the front office help me tremendously I had a little accident and they send me to the hospital give all the instructions and guided me. Very thankful to them. Muchas gracias. "This hotel is a 5 star to me. Lobby is nice and big with plenty of comfortable furniture. Front desk st as of was friendly and professional. The room was good size and beds confortable, the bath room was very clean and all fixtures worked as it should. Best of all the room had an extra large tv (55+ lnches)"

Pilgrim's meal at 18 euros was good and the included breakfast was also tasty."

"My stay would have been excellent if it were not for no a/c in the hotel during the month of April. It required me to open the window for air circulation, which was also a mistake cause there was a loud banging noise in the courtyard every 10-15 seconds that keeps you up the entire night. Just turn the a/c on and not run the heater for the entire hotel!"
