Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. "We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. "Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub. "
"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."
"The staff at Masseria Le Lamie are fantastic. They genuinely want you to have a great holiday and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time. The pool and lounge area is very relaxing and has olive trees to provide natural shade. The rooms are spotless and the bed is really comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant is also a lovely experience.
You do need a car because Masseria Le Lamie is not within walking distance to the nearest town."

"We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask.
The property is still under construction so there’s that and they played music around the property pretty loud till midnight which was annoying when we were trying to sleep "
"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee.
Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees.
