"It is not safe to walk the main roads in St Lucia- no sidewalks and cars fly around blind hairpin turns. Roads are poor leading to property though passable if driving slow (as they are in lots of areas in St Lucia). Shop before coming to use the full kitchen. Parking is available on the property."

"Definitely remote, so good to be able to rent the vehicle offered with the villa. Water view was distant but nice, although partially blocked by the Tet Rouge buildings just below. "The property includes well appointed accommodation space with ensuites for the two large bedrooms and living space. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. "Our hosts were wonderful- waiting for us despite our 3-hour delay and helping us find a late- night meal when we finally arrived. The apartment was lovely - clean, airy with beautiful wood furniture. The a/c in the bedroom was delightful after a long day and the view in the back of the piton was gorgeous.
