The Hotel Area Manager Dennis Whitelaw met us at the lobby when we just arrived and he was amazing. He welcome us and even give us gift (Costa Rica Coffee) which we really appreciate. "The room was very clean; the staff was helpful. I liked how the breakfast time was not short it was from 6:00 -10:00 so it didn't force you to wake up early on vacation. The menu was different I assume it was authentic Costa Rican breakfast but you def was able to find something to eat. I didn't go to the bar but coming in and out of the property I saw a lot of guests sitting at the bar so it seemed popular."
