The front staff are very friendly 💯👏👏 however during dinner, there were no varieties and also drinks were not included, at least a glass of juice per person would work. I Also requested for a packed breakfast, however there was no menu to choose from, and also was packed without cutlery. My daughter accidentally scratched her face at the beach, we requested for a first aid or an Elastoplast, only to be told it was not available. At the poolside, we ordered chicken nuggets and lollipops but they were not well cooked. I called the waiter to send the food back to the kitchen, but we never saw the food again

The staff were super courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. With reported new management now in place, there is optimism for positive changes, especially as renovations are expected to improve the property in the near future. Should technical input be required in the future, I am a civil and structural engineer and would be willing to offer professional guidance if helpful!

This place could be so much more with some TLC. The location and beach front position are lovely. Great grounds and spacious rooms but everything here needs updating. Decorating. Rooms. Appliances. A spa that is open when it says it is. The food in the restaurants. Juice that is juice and not some water based cordial. Unfriendly staff. I wish for a large developer to come in and provide a huge makeover but as it is I could not recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. They could use a variety of food . I stayed for 4 nights and the food was the same the whole time. The compound is not maintained one would wonder if a snake wouldnt crawl in from somewhere. The room had no soap and had to call to ask . Mosquito nets dont close completely . Beach is very nice and better than most hotels , but very crowded !

ROOM OK but could be better..shhets not veey clean. I aslo had to pay a higher price than the Hotels.com.price 214 USD but was charged 22 USD as theybused their own exchange rate. Staff nice. Extremly expensive breakfast 2500 KES /20 USD not included in the room It is not Luxury but very run down.Restaurang seems to very popr - so.many complaomt and expe aive so I never tried it but find very good places outside with normal with decent prices and high quality Beach very dirty with platic bottles and debris everywhere. Also sewage system from Mombasa goes straigh out in the sea so swimming there to avoided. However the 33 m swimming pool was nice and clean and the gym ok in partcular the gym master trainers hat gave training couses in the morning. But overall the hotel.is overrated and it seems like no investment is done to improve the pla e.

A breath taking ad venture.

I booked a three night stay here with my wife and daughter and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff are friendly and the facility is very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All the balconies are facing the beach front and the views are amazing. I recommend this hotel.

I didn’t expect much from this place before I booked it but I was completely surprised after the first day. The property was right on the beach and the staff was great and friendly. The only slight problem was the wifi connection. It was slow at times. I would recommend this place to anyone considering staying on Nyali beach.

A great place to stay. The old charm of one of Nyali’s oldest hotels, but being updated by the new owners. Food and service was great. The shower and bathroom was fine. Our room was lovely and spacious. The fridge didn’t work but was replaced immediately. Location is good being on the beach, but close to all the amenities that Links Road and Nyali can offer.

Expedia check in (again, had the same in Meru) not registered properly. So off to a rough start. Nice location. Lift not working. Properly not really kept, can use some work. Indian food very nice. Staff were generally friendly, but reception tried to charge 3500 for my guest when they joined me I had booked for 2 people. Eventually they let it go without patment - I don't know if it was a mistake or they tried to cheat us. We tried 2x to order food (a la carte), 2 dishes each (4 total), the 2nd time thinking we were maybe just unlucky with the 1st order. Everything had a bad taste, wouldn't ever eat there again. I didn't try the buffet so can't comment on that. Overall the staff were pleasant, friendly, and went above and beyond. Rooms a little dated but well maintained. I just wish they would get a cook who's trained, and ensure the receptionist isn't trying to add on extra charges. Pools, view, proximity to the ocean were all perfect.
