"Her har man faktisk en helt ekte sjÞutsikt, i alle fall i tredje etasje hvor vi bodde. Det er vedlig kort vei til stranden, og anlegget er nytt og fint. OmrÄdet rundt er livlig, men nesten uten biltraffik og ingen brÄkete utesteder i nÊrheten. (Noe som nok kan vÊre litt problem nÊrmere sentrum). Vi kom pÄ sykkel langs den "Baltiske" ruten som passerer rett utenfor, og kunne sette syklene i garasjen for biler under huset, veldig greit! "

Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verĂ€ndert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-AblĂ€ufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich LĂŒftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die AbflĂŒsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. DafĂŒr das man knapp 65€ fĂŒr die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als Ă€rgerlich! Die Polen selber war außer in den Restaurants sehr unhöflich! Keine Ahnung was die hatten! Direkt gegenĂŒber war das Radisson Blu Hotel. Leider ist wĂ€hrend unseres...

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Die Wohnung war an sich super ausgestattet. Alles war da, was man braucht und sauber war es auch. Auffallend war der angenehme Geruch, als die Wohnung betreten wurde. Der Check-in war nicht ganz so toll. An der Rezeption konnte man sich nicht gut verstĂ€ndigen, da nicht so gut deutsch gesprochen wurde, was aber im Ausland auch nicht Voraussetzung ist. Es wurde aber nur ein SchlĂŒssel in die Hand gedrĂŒckt und ein Zettel, auf dem 2 Adressen standen. Also musste man gucken, wo man ĂŒberhaupt hin muss....

"I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "
