Pillows and beds are super old and uncomfortable. The photos make it look way nicer than it is. Everything is so run down. It needs some serious love and care."

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO DUST Room appeared clean enough on the surface, comfy ish bed how ever, room was full of dust to the point that I'm now on antibiotics for sinusitis and steroids for an asthma flare up. Staff (the 1 we saw) was friendly and helpful, made sure we had clean towels. The pool is not heated to 28 as advised, and has a 'lovely' layer of green on the ground. "Second time staying at Sovereign hill hotel, it’s in a perfect location, easy access to sovereign hill next door The only two faults is the TV in the room is shocking, the sound is so muffled we didn’t even watch it in the end And the housekeeping for the 2nd day wasn’t great, the beds looked like my kids made them and the dirty dishes were left in our room Heater works great but is loud overnight"
