We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, King bed was great, and we had a small seating area in our suite, which was nice. The bathroom was adequate, not luxury but definitely as expected. The view was fantastic out the window!

The room was available at noon. Our sheets were a little damp when we first checked in but it was tolerable since we were only there for sleep. The staff was very supportive and provided excellent customer service.

Considering how crowded Machu Picchu Pueblo is, this hotel’s location is great. It may be right next to the train tracks, but at least it’s flat and there isn’t constant foot traffic. Cheap and well located but noisy
Cheap, on the way, close to the few restaurants in town. Staff is kind and helpful. Area is noisy because of stray dogs and bad insulation. Light slippers avoid.
