"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. "The apartament was cleaning everyday and everyday we got small waters, bisquites, capsules of coffee ect. and fresh towels. I realy recommend this place. Minor minus becouse od unconfortable single bed."

"Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back "

"Communication with the property owner could be better. We stayed for seven night and there could have been at least one change of towels. There were two small toilet paper rolls. We anticipated that however, the Owner expected us to buy additional tp."

"The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. My husband and I stayed with our son, and the sofa bed was quite adequate for my son. "

"Good communication and 15 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable bed. Didn’t state there was a washing machine which I was very pleased about when I arrived! Cutlery and pans weren’t 100% clean and there is a chopping knife for food missing but apart from that, great little place. Early check out at 9:30 but the host allowed me to stay until 10:00."

"The apartment is convenient even if you don't have a car. It is about a 30-minute walk from the airport, about 15 minutes from the train station, and the bus stop is very close. Apart from the fact that the apartment only has 1 window in one bedroom, it is clean and the owners did not skimp on providing supplies. "Stayed for two nights at the end of a hectic trip round Puglia. Perfect relaxing end to an amazing holiday - great staff and facilities. Had an early start for a flight when we were leaving and they organised an airport transfer and left a ‘breakfast to go’ in our fridge which was great. Had a meal in their rooftop restaurant the night before our early start which was perfect "

"This small hotel is a bit quirky (2 level room with tiny sitting area on first floor and bed area on the upper level) but it’s in a terrific location for wandering around Monopoli. Our receptionist was super friendly and is the reason for the positive review. She had great area recommendations and was able to help us when the mini fridge in our room wasn’t working. She was truly a pleasure!"
