Clean, new, tidy hotel. Staff were helpful despite limited English and the location is great. A few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, waterside and not to mention lotte mart across the road. Multiple convenience stores around as well. Limited car park spots however free open car park lot across the road. We stayed in the family room which was spacious. However one issue I would raise is that the bathroom had a constant sewerage smell. Bad plumbing? It wasn’t a deal breaker but it was always there in the background. Cracked a window open and it wasn’t that bad.

I am staying regularly. The stays are always good! It’s very clean and the check in staff is very kind! Only lately they have changed the offered breakfast and it’s slightly disappointing. Otherwise, all good!

Building is brand new and very clean, within walking distance of nightlife and shopping district. Breakfast was just a to-go box consisting of half of a sandwich, a rice ball, and 2 cherry tomatoes. You also got a juice box. Thankfully, the coffee machine on first floor is very nice.

A Good choice!

A random choice for my business trip. Very clean brand new small hotel, large room doors and full size windows. All the necessary amenities. A very kind lady at the reception. Minimal but sufficient breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

It is a nice and affordable hotel in walking distance to many good restaurants and the sea/Peace Plaza The rooms a large and clean. It was convenient for us to able to use the washing machine/dryer. It is a simple hotel, and so the staff is merely helping with the bare necessities. Also, the breakfast ist not too great, but as it is included, I don’t complain. We recommend it!

Highly recommended

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is well located. There are many restaurants nearby. The room was large and very comfortable. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc.) are of high quality. Staff is nice and helpfull (with Google Translate). We did not take the breakfast because it ended too early for us. Only weakness: there are no hooks or bars to place towels in the bathroom. A very minor problem. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

The room was pleasant to stay with new facilities and cleanliness. The only downside (not hotel's fault but more likely due to global warming) was a hot room temperature. I did not want to turn on an air conditioning in October but I had no choice but to turn it on because my room temperature even reached 29 Celsius degrees! Other than that, good service and great to stay.

The Comforts of Home

I don’t usually write reviews, but Heritage Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It felt new and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space for luggage. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Wonderful bathroom (with bidet) and shower with all extra amenities (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, comb, razor, etc.). The BIGGEST television I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were made and extra towels provided. Free coffee (Americano, vanilla latte, mocha), water, and ice in the lobby. More water in the mini fridge. We stayed for 5 days, so what was fabulous was that there was onsite washer and dryer (free with detergent and dryer sheets). Heritage Hotel is also conveniently across the street from the Lotte Maxx (think Costco), so if you need to explain to a taxi driver where your hotel is located, tell them that. The hotel is also walking distance from restaurants and the Peace Park on the waterfront. The only small disappointment was the included breakfast (eggs, toast, cereal, bananas) which was offsite (and you had to get a breakfast ticket for each morning). But honestly, we got such an amazing deal through Hotels.com. So thankfully we stayed at the Heritage Hotel. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly this small hotel has everything you need for a few nights stay during trip. Cozy, all travel amenities, crushed potato sandwiches, hot & cold brewing coffees. Wonder how the owners make money out of such humble room charges.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 다만 직원 응대가 좀 아쉽습니다. 방은 침실과 응접실로 나뉘어있었으며 좋았습니다. 대형 TV 두대도 맘에 들었습니다. 원래 2명 숙박하기로 되어있어서 트윈 베드 룸으로 예약했습니다. 동료가 편하게 묵기 위해 별도로 방을 하나더 잡았습니다. 조식(샌드위치)이 비싼것 같진 않아서 원래 두명 숙박예정이었으므로 하나더 제공이 가능한지 문의하였지만 안된다고 단칼에 거절하시는 모습이 약간은 불쾌하였습니다. 그래도 숙박은 잘하였습니다. 한가지 더 아쉬운 점이 있습니다. 출장으로 와서 증빙을 위해 숙박확인서를 요청하였으나 일한지 얼마되지 않는다며 제공이 어렵다고 했습니다. 음. 기본업무인데 모른다고 거절당하긴 처음입니다.
