"Loved this place. We stayed 2 nights and on our way back from our holiday 9 days later stayed another 2 nights. Had a large private spa pool, comfortable King bed, great parking, very quiet, yet close to tourist attractions, like the Gondola, Maitai, 3D Art and eating places. Has a gym and sauna and swimming pool (warm enough for swimming). Loved the sauna and spa the best. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and helpful. Every time from hereon, this will be our first choice in Rotorua. Our motel was spacious and warm. Great value for money."

"The hotel was good. Loved that it was super close to a little dining avenue so plenty of choices for restaurants and drinks within a 2 min walk. I did find the scent used in the lobby to be overpowering and would actually prevent me from staying there again as I am mildly scent sensitive and this was definitely more than mild. The hotel is also very close to the hot springs as well so the smell of sulfur in the area is a lot…. You can even smell it in the rooms, though minimally."

"When you arrive the place looks very clean and welcoming.The staff just top it off with amazing customer service. Easy check-in an checkout. Got to our room an it was everything me and my 2 kids needed an very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Warm inside pool an a relaxing spa space. Recommend this place , especially for the price and will deffently stay there again when we go back to Rotorua."

"Excellent customer service. Marcia was kind enough to reshuffle our booking on short notice. Thank you. The place has been renovated quite recently. Modern amenities, clean rooms, excellent manchester, and a generous selection of TV channels. Our room came with a jacuzzi wich was an added bonus that was put to good use on the two cold nights. Thanks again, Marcia, Ash, and the entire team. Your commitment to excellence gives the big players in the hospitality sector a run for their money."
