"Overall the stay was good. The property was well maintained, clean, and seemed family friendly. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The property offered a decent amount of food options and is a great location for a walk in either direction on the strip. It’s pretty centrally located. The few negatives were the parking, the internet, and the cost of basic amenities. While this is now typical of most resort in Las Vegas, the fact that we has to pay for parking and then were continuously getting stuck at the exit and entrance gates was irritating. The hotel key never worked to get us in or out. When we spoke to hotel staff they said this was a known issue with a 3rd party vendor and even they had issues getting in and out of parking. Internet for more than two devices is also no longer included in the resort fees. We had one phone and one laptop connect due to having to do some remote work. Once the laptop was off we thought we could connect the 2nd phone but that was not the case. It was a $15 charge to connect another device. While I don’t come to Vegas often, this seemed like something new and that I had not encountered before. They charge for everything. We requested late check out and were told that the complimentary ones were no longer available and that we could have one but had to pay a fee. Other than that the stay was pleasant and I would recommend the hotel based on comfort and cleanliness alone. "
