"My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home."

"We stayed 1 night but loved that it was so close to the Main Street, shops and restaurants. They stayed in touch with us during our drive from Arizona to Palm Springs and made it easy to check in after hours. Would love to spend more time next time coming through Palm Springs."
