"Hotel was beautiful. Great location. Room could do with some maintainance and a refurbishment. Looking tired and some ingrained dirt in the bathroom. Lots of marks on the walls and very old looking carpet. Could do with some tlc. Shame because the rest of the hotel was stunning."

"The location of the property was excellent and very convenient for exploring Paris. The bedding was comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was especially helpful for preparing simple meals such as instant noodles during our stay. Most of the staff members we encountered were also friendly and helpful. The one disappointing aspect was that the 3:00 PM check-in time was not guaranteed. After a long international flight across the Atlantic, having to wait beyond the stated check-in time was not the most pleasant first impression. I do feel this is something the property could improve, particularly for international travelers arriving after a long journey. That said, we stayed for six nights and seven days and overall had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The excellent location, comfortable room, and convenience of the kitchenette made it a great base for our time in Paris."

"Air conditioning was locked at 20 celsius so still hot. Junior suite rooms said it was accessible for people with mobility issues but there was no lift and large luggage had to be carried up a very small spiral staircase. Room freshening during stay was fair but not great. Bathroom was very dated. Do not rely on hair dryer provided in room - did not work well. Only provided refreshments on first night and not each night. Breakfast later in the morning was very depleted and slow to be refilled by staff."

"Amazing stay! Great location with the train station on the same road. Bowling and arcades next door too! Only 10mins by car to the Eiffel Tower. Lovely sky bar which unfortunately we couldnt use with children however the staff were kind enough to show us the view from up there which was amazing. Erica was the lovely lady to show us the sky bar and also gave us a fridge magnet to take home! The hotel was clean, big and very well maintained. Would definitely return! They also had a parking lot but technically not part of their hotel but still convenient. Breakfast was decent, continental choice!"

"This was our third stay at Les Jardins du Marais and the experience has been great every time! The rooms are nice and well appointed. The grounds and terrace are lovely. The staff was very good, although not as efficient as in the past, but they still took care of our needs. the hotel is in a very nice area, with close by shopping and many wonderful restaurants and bars close by. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Magical stay at the Disneyland Hotel Paris. Beautiful room, so close that although it’s expensive we got our monies worth with time to pop back to the hotel and rest during the day before going back out again. We also had a slower start to our second day to enjoy the hotel too."
