Week-end en famille dans le Jura.

Agréable séjour dans ce jolie lieu du golf de Val De Sorne. Chambre propre et confortable. Dommage cependant que notre demande concernant la vue et l'ensoleillement n'a pas été respectée !

Décevant et très cher pour l'offre

L'état de moisissure apparente autour des fenêtres est INACCEPTABLE au vu standing qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un lieu comme celui-ci. Petit déjeuner à 15,00€ !!!! Soit le plus cher jamais payé alors que je suis très coutumier des hôtels, arrivé à 8h05 et rien à manger à part 1/2 baguette et des mini chaussons au pommes qui semblaient être décongelés, pas de yaourts ou laitages dans le genre, un fond de jus d'orange.... bref honteux comme petit déjeuner à 15,00€ L'offre globale est extrêmement décevante....

C'était sans doute un super hôtel dans les années 80 ou 90, sauf qu'on est plus dans le même siècle. La déco et le confort sont du siècle dernier, kitch et défraichi on est loin de ce qu'on peut attendre à ce prix. On paie sans doute la proximité du golf et le cadre, mais franchement à ce prix on trouve mieux d'autant que la restauration est hors de prix comparé à ce qu'on peut attendre. Certes les personnel est qualifié, le service de qualité mais faut vraiment revoir les prix et/ou la déco et les prestations. Il faudrait que ça coute entre 20 et 30% moins cher pour que j'y revienne un jour.

Un cadre verdoyant et calme

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Arrivés à 16 h 00 nous avons pu profiter d'une fin de journée au bord de la piscine dans un cadre verdoyant (prêt de peignoir apprécié) et très calme (peu d'enfants et aucun bruit lié aux autres chambres notamment ce qui est très appréciable). Nous avons eu la flemme de sortir le soir pour diner et nous avons donc pris le repas sur place qui nous a un peu déçu. Dommage également de devoir libérer la chambre à 11 h 00 au lieu de midi car nous aurions profité plus pleinement de "trainer" lors du petit déjeuner en terrasse en discutant avec vue sur le golf. Une très bonne escale...

Le parc est très bien entretenu mais les chambres sont de qualité moyenne, moquette au sol très sale, salle de bain vieillissante et avec l’absence de climatisation, une chaleur étouffante !! L’hotesse d’accueil nous a assuré que nous aurions une terrasse mais jau final nous avions uste une petite fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse du restaurant ....Rien a reprocher au chef de la cuisine qui est très sympathique et qui nous a servi une délicieuse cote de bœuf.

Personnel au top !

La chambre est très grande mais... très vieille. On sent que cet hôtel flirtait avec le haut de gamme lors de sa construction. Hélas le temps a fait ses outrages et les standards ne sont plus les mêmes. L'hôtel mériterait d'être modernisé. Par exemple, le bidet (!) pourrait rejoindre les siens (paix à leur âme) au bénéfice d'une salle de bains moderne avec douche italienne. Néanmoins, tout fonctionne et la propreté est irréprochable. Le WIFI était un peu faiblard mais rien de grave. Les plats servis au restaurant sont bons mais onéreux (le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas top). Rien à signaler pour le petit déjeuner qui vaut son prix. Enfin et surtout, un grand bravo au personnel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme. Continuez !

Bouffée d'oxygène

Un peu perdu au milieu de nulle part, je vous recommande de faire une étape dans cet établissement et même si vous n'êtes pas amateur de golf. Entourée par la nature, accueillie avec gentillesse, je découvre une chambre spacieuse. Un petit Dejeuner copieux avec des nougats et un excellent jambon vous mettent de bonne humeur pour la Journee.
