I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc...
