There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. Nice toich of coffee, water and beer on arrival.
Great location with plenty bars and supermarkets nearby. Only a 5-10 min walk to the town or marina area and a handy 5 mins from "the halo" elevator to intermodal. We would definitely recommend and would use olaha homes again."
