Great rooms and spacious too

Great place for short and long term stay. 30 min drive to Dusseldorf. Many supermarkets around. Room is clean and spacious too. There are fridge, smart tv, kitchenette with stove and microwave too. Communication with customer service was great and easy too.

Considering that this hotel does not have reception, I was concerned about it, but I have to say that the coordination, system and instructions was fantastic. On top the room had everything you need and super clean and safe, I fully recommend it.

Besonders positiv: - Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden - Parken auch in der Straße kostenlos möglich. - Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass ausreichend Haken im Badezimmer sind. ☺️ - Sehr ruhig. - Sehr sauber. Was uns etwas gestört hat / wir nicht vorher geprüft hatten: - Kein Aufzug. Mussten die Koffer durch’s Treppenhaus bis in den 3. Stock schleppen. - Das Geschirrhandtuch war eher ein Gästehandtuch und nicht so gut zum Abtrocknen geeignet. - Es ist kein Backofen vorhanden. - Batterien der Fernbedienung für den TV waren leer. - Mikrowelle riecht nicht ganz so angenehm. - Kopfkissen sehr hoch.

Tolle kleine Übernachtung

2 tolle Nächte verbracht, prinzipiell war die Wohnung/ Apartment super eingerichtet. Lediglich Geschirr/ Besteck könnte es mehr sehr sein. Wir hatten 2 Wohnungen im Dachgeschoss, mit einem kleinen gemeinsamen Vorflur. Das war wirklich praktisch!

Gute nette schriftliche Kommunikation vor dem Anreisen, auch noch Hilfe bekommen bzgl. öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, leise, Rolladen an den Fenstern, somit auch schön dunkel. Wasserkocher vorhanden, Instantkaffee mit Zucker und Milch vor Ort. Prima. Die Unterkunft war angenehm geräumig und es gab einen ausgezeichneten Balkon (wenn auch ziemlich flach, aber extra lang mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten). Es gab nichts, was uns auf Anhieb nicht gefallen hat.
