Nothing on Hotel.com prepares you for the fact that you need to book in to another hotel's reception nor that when you try to do so the receptionist will deny knowing anything about the procedure. "The check out at this property is 10AM. I have not been to a hotel with as early check out time as this in a long time. If you ask them for late check out you will be lucky to get 11AM. Past that they will try to charge you a 1/2 day fee. The hotel is a bit dated now. I have stayed here several times for the past 3 years and there is zero upgrades/maintenance. Location is really good though."
