Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Meget dårlig service

Dårlig service, ingen aircondition, ingen rengøring, dårlig internet, ingen morgenmad selvom den var med i prisen. Receptionisten var meget ubehøvlet. Efter jeg har klaget, har hun sagt, at der findes andre overnatningssteder også. Helt ærligt. Sådan kan man ikke behandle hotellets gæster. Hun har undskyldt efterfølgende.
