"Hotel location was great and staff were all fabulous, friendly and helpful. Garden terrace and bar was great. 2 small niggles the bistro food whilst good quality was limited choice (although there are many other eateries within minutes of hotel) and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Clean but fittings worn and over bath shower was only just acceptable. Air con worked!"

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had kindly upgraded my room for free but meant it didn’t have the sofa bed that I needed for my son but they quickly sorted it out and moved us. Hotel is a good location for walking to the city centre and train station. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the level of the breakfast. For the price (I didn’t get it included in my room rate) the selection was good but I struggled to equate it to the cost. Otherwise the hotel was good."
