"Every thing was excellent in the hotel. special the staff in the reception they are very friendly and helpful (Francisco ) one of the staff and the room very clean and high level in the hygiene. "

"The hotel is in a great walking area but difficult for a car/parking. The bed was very uncomfortable and there is little in the room - no cups, no coffee, no fridge. The staff at the desk were not very welcoming no “Welcome to the hotel”” or “did you enjoy your stay?”. They do have a great breakfast and the area is authentic old town."

"The room we had was spectacular. The location is great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tub drain stopper in our room got stuck so the water wasn’t draining properly. We had to ask for staff’s help a few times. We were offered a change rooms but the other room was smaller so we decided to stay. It was a minor issue. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. "
