"I really enjoyed my stay! The price was reasonable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to recognize two employees who made my stay even better. I wish I had written down their names so I could give them the recognition they deserve. One was a sweet Hispanic housekeeper who was assigned to my room, and the other was an African American woman who maintained the breakfast area. They were both incredibly kind, hardworking, and pleasant to talk to. Their kindness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The only improvements I would suggest are the breakfast selection and the pool temperature. My family doesn't eat pork, so there weren't many breakfast options available for us. It would be nice to see more variety, including non-pork choices. Also, the pool was extremely cold—freezing, actually. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a pool for our toddler to enjoy, but unfortunately, it was too cold for him to swim comfortably. Overall, I have no complaints about the staff. They were outstanding, and those two wonderful ladies made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and hope the breakfast options and pool temperature are improved in the future."
