"Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Disabled parking opposite entrance very helpful for me. Beds comfortable. Everything very clean. Breakfast totally unchanged each day but good choice. Continental breakfast. Room quiet but gloomy and tired. Nice gardens. Good value overall."
