There is not enough staff on property (our server was also the host and the bartender - he was also the ONLY server for anyone who came in). "I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family and it was great. After a heavy walks in Arches National Park, we finally soaked and relaxed ourselves in the swimming pool. Breakfast was fine (waffle, bread, maffin, yogurt, pancake etc). Laundry experience was clean. I haven't seen kid's play area."
