The first room we had did not have hot water, but the staff immediately put us in a room that did have hot water. We still had to run the water a little bit to wait for the hot water to kick in, but when it did kick in it was nice and hot.

The room was great with plenty of room for our three night stay. The pool and hot tub were excellent and the pool was larger than most hotel indoor pools. There were used by us each day after long hot days in Arches and Canyonlands NP. There is a supermarkey righ next to the parking lot so it is easy to stock up on snacks or drinks. Highly recommended!

It was nice being next door to the village market to pick up sandwiches for our hikes. Pool and hot tub were nice. Overall clean, but housekeeping didn’t leave us conditioner, and there were a few hairs in the shower
