The beds were nice and the people were nice upfront, but the pool was closed. Never said anything about it being closed and the bedroom smell and it takes a long time for the water to heat up. I pay a lot of money for this.

He was there and quite stressed out in the morning when his person who was supposed to work on the breakfast had not shown up.
