"Over all a very nice pension with somewhat simple but very specious room and modern bathroom. The only downside that people should be aware is that getting to part of the rooms require going through a series of up and down steep staircases. For guests traveling with heavy suitcases this could be quite an issue. Since we travel very light it was not an issue for us and as said the place is really nice, breakfast was decent with good choices and location is right at the city centre."

I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than once again and there was no response. I had to make a last-minute late booking elsewhere, spend time on these phone calls, and then spend time to get a refund for the room I didn't get. If I didn't call but instead drove there assuming a confirmed reservation suffices, I guess I would find no one, no room, and be in a late hour where available rooms elsewhere, if exist at all (many places close their check-in early), and require a long drive on narrow roads in the darkness and pay much more. "
