"High-end service expectations met on all levels. Game drives were exceptional with very knowledgeable and customer driven guides. Facilities, while limited, were superb in every way. Very accommodating staff in all areas. Food in the dining room was gourmet level."

They need to improve their services
"On our first day coming back from site seeing we found that our room was not serviced we had to go and complain, room was full of spider web. second day the lights went off from 7pm till 12pm no one bothered to explain what was happening bring us candles we used our cell phones to light the room ..."
