"I had a busy week and wanted to just relax to recharge myself. The staff understood my needs and made my stay extremely comfortable by bringing a room key enabled for an additional day to stay in the same room and listening to my needs. It was “in the moment” decision and I did not want to be bothered by going to the reception area to change the key. I highly recommend this hotel after you had an intensive business trip or a family gathering, and you want to just have your “me” time."
"Great location. Walking distance to Hiroshima JR Station (around 10 minutes) and key attractions. Staff members are very helpful and speak fluent English which is great help. We stayed on a high floor room with nice scenery facing the river. Room is clean, comfortable bedding and good shower. We also like the buffet breakfast. Not a big buffet but has a variety of good selections."
